Due diligence is done for searching and approaching the right candidates, interviewing, reference checking and finally recommending and participating in the final selection process.

If the assignment requires, the candidates are taken through the Psychometric Assessment. Post the selection and induction, we also undertake the assignments of Leadership Training, Soft skills training and continuous Executive Coaching from case to case basis, as required by the clients.
