Founder & Chief Executive
SK Sharma has risen through the ranks, with vast experience in Sales, Marketing, Training, and General Management. He is a veteran in Healthcare industry's key sectors viz., Pharmaceuticals, Veterinary, OTC and Medical Devices. He has worked with world-class Multinational organisations including - Schering-Plough from USA, ICI India (Zeneca of UK), A Menarini from Italy, Unichem Labs, Becton Dickinson & Company from USA, Aspen Pharmacare South Africa (Beta Healthcare & Shelys Pharmaceuticals). He enjoys a vast network of professional contacts across the globe.
Academically, SK is an MBA with 'Dual specialisation in Marketing & Human Resource'. He is a 'Certified Life Coach' with specialisation in Goal Attainment Coaching from Symbiosis Coaching USA and is affiliated to Certified Coaches Alliance, Canada. He is also certified Extended DISC administrator for Psychometric Assessment & profiling.
His extensive experience of Strategic Planning, Business Development and Leadership roles with MNCs comes handy while extending services as a consultant to Sterling Stride's reputed client base in India and overseas. His core competence lies in Strategic Planning, Business Collaborations, Talent Search (& Recruitments), Leadership / Management Training and Executive Coaching. His clients for Business Development are spread across U.K. USA, Africa, Middle East and Far East Asian countries of the world.
SK is a passionate trainer and motivational speaker. He considers motivating people to realise their intrinsic high potential as his Social Responsibility. SK has over 3000 days of training & coaching experience in countries like India, Singapore, Kenya, Tanzania, Nigeria, Ghana, Mozambique and Uganda. He was nominated as Trainer of Coaching for Performance & Development for India by BD University USA.
SK himself has been trained in multiple modules of companies like Blanchard Training & Development Inc. USA, Eagle's Flight, Creative Training Excellence Inc. Piyush "Pi" Sharma has more than thirty years’ experience in industry and academia in India, Singapore, Hong Kong and Australia. He was ranked among the top 2% researchers in the world across all fields and recognized as the only Rising Star from marketing area among Australia’s Top 40 researchers across all disciplines, in 2019. He serves as an editor and editorial board member for top international journals.
He has published more than ninety articles in major international journals and presented his research at more than a hundred international conferences on topics ranging from cross-cultural consumer behavior to branding and marketing strategy, services and international marketing to multi-disciplinary topics.
He has also delivered keynote speeches as well as conducted research workshops around the world. He advises and works very closely with many private, public and not-for-profit industry partners in community care, higher education, financial and healthcare services, and international business sectors.
Y S Prabhakara
Associate Consultant
Mr. Prabhakara is an alumnus of IIM, Ahmedabad (1988). He’s held progressively higher responsibilities in diverse industries like Agrochemicals, Pharmaceuticals, Water quality/Environmental, Medical devices and Consumables, In Vitro Diagnostics etc. Over 2 decades were spent in Healthcare sector including his last 2 assignments as CEO in this industry. He was also Director in well-known MNCs like ICI, BD, Allergan, Danaher.
Mr. Prabhakara managed very large teams across India, South Asia, Asia Pac, Africa and Globe. He has done stints in startups, scale ups, turnaround management situations. He brings corporate expertise across all major functions like Sales & Marketing, Manufacturing/Ops, Quality, After Sales Service, HR, Regulatory, Supply Chain, New Product Development, Finance, IT and R&D.
He is passionate about helping people grow and building businesses. Currently he's an Independent Management Consultant and mentor to companies across sectors. He specializes in Strategy, Scale up, securing Growth capital to companies, Training on varied subjects in Management.
Munish Devgun
Outdoor Learning & Adventure Specialist
Munish is Sterling Stride’s expert in offerings like Mountaineering, Rock-climbing, Outdoor team-building activities, Trekking, and White-water rafting etc. A versatile person, Munish with a technical bend of mind, is also an excellent photographer, a motivator and has a reservoir of technical knowledge about Computers. He has explored Indian Himalaya from Leh to Sikkim. Participated in Mountaineering expeditions i.e. Saser Kangri I & IV in East Karakoram Range, Stok Kangri in Leh, Ladakh, Kedar Dome in Gangotri region etc.
Munish is Advance Course Certified Mountaineer from NIM, Uttarkashi; Certified First Aider from NOLS, U.S.A; Certified Yoga Practitioner; D.I.S.C. Certification – Thomas International. He is also certified in Leading the Growth Curve (A Development Program for Trainer); Big Ticket (designing and delivering effective learning interventions). Munish is a graduate in art.
Sushant Sharma
Business Development Manager - International Markets
Sushant is young and dynamic member of Sterling Stride Team. He is strategic, customer focused and result oriented BDM. He has extensive experience and expertise in working with cross functional teams and building valuable customer relationships.
Academically he has a Master's degree in Marketing Management from Mumbai University. Prior to Sterling Stride he has enviable success record of professional achievements with ICICI Bank and Ricoh India Limited.
